Porsche workshop rates by model and service
Fixed prices, model by model
Maintenance costs differ between an air-cooled 911 and a Macan; even within the 911 range, the cost varies between an SC and a 992. That is why rates are broken down by model: choose yours to see the cost of each service for that specific vehicle.
These are fixed reference rates. The firm quote depends on the car's condition upon arrival, which can only be determined by inspecting the vehicle in person.
Six model families with published rates: 911, Turbo, Cayman and Boxster, transaxle, GT, and Cayenne and Macan.

What is included in minor and major services
The tables list the same procedures for all model families, with the specific price for each model.
- Minor service: engine oil and filter, plus a 23-point check.
- Major service: includes everything in the minor service plus 30 additional checks, including air and cabin filters and spark plugs when due.
- Brake fluid replacement.
- Wheel alignment.
- Pre-purchase inspection.
What is included in the price and what is not
Prices are published excluding VAT and include parts and labor. An environmental and miscellaneous items charge is added to each invoice, and the car is cleaned before delivery.
Porsche parts prices are subject to change without notice; therefore, a quoted rate serves as a reference point rather than a fixed, time-bound offer. A fixed price applies to a specific service and the associated components; if the inspection reveals wear, damage, or substandard previous work, a separate quote is provided before any additional work is undertaken.
What can be quoted in advance
Model-specific rates allow you to see the cost of routine services without the pretense that any breakdown can be quoted without inspecting the vehicle.
- Model.
- Generation.
- Version.
- Gearbox.
- Requested service.
- Recent maintenance history.
For classic models, the service interval differs from the manual's recommendations.
An air-cooled 911 driven 3,000 km a year does not require the same maintenance schedule as a daily-driven 992. For cars used occasionally, we recommend an annual oil change even if the mileage limit hasn't been reached; oil degrades over time—not just through use—and a forty-year-old engine can pay a heavy price for this.
When to bring service forward.
The manual's schedule assumes usage patterns that many local Porsches do not experience.
- Less than 3,000 km per year: annual oil change, even if the service interval hasn't been reached.
- After sitting idle for months: check oil, brake fluid, and tire pressures before driving again.
- Short trips and cold starts: oil becomes contaminated sooner than expected.
- Track days: brake fluid and oil changes are measured by sessions, not months.
- Recent purchase with no service history: start with a major service to establish a baseline.
What takes precedence: the schedule or usage?
Porsche maintenance must follow the manufacturer's schedule and be tailored to the vehicle's age, mileage, usage patterns, and history.
- History.
- Date and mileage of the last service.
- Warnings.
- Fluids.
- Wear.
- Leaks.
- Owner observations.
Frequently asked questions
01 Why do rates vary between generations?
Capacities, access requirements, consumables, and work times vary. Even within the 911 range, an SC model and a 992 model do not require the same service procedures.
02 Does a fixed rate cover any faults discovered?
No, unless the rate specifically states so. Issues outside the scope of scheduled maintenance are explained and quoted separately.
03 What exactly does the published price include?
Parts and labour for the operation described, excluding VAT. A charge for waste and consumables is added to every invoice. Anything outside that operation is quoted separately and is not done without authorisation.
04 My model is not in the table?
The table covers the 57 models that most often come into the workshop. If yours is not there, bring it in or send us the chassis number and mileage and we will give you a fixed price on the car, usually the same day.
05 How often is a minor and a major service due?
As a guide, a minor every year or 10,000 km and a major every two years or 20,000 km, unless Porsche specifies otherwise for that generation. On cars that cover few miles, time rules: oil and brake fluid age even when the car is parked.
06 Do you use genuine Porsche parts?
Yes, and we follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedules. We subscribe to the Porsche Partner Network, which gives us access to the official technical documentation for each model.
07 Do I keep the Porsche warranty if I service the car here?
Yes. European regulations allow a car under warranty to be serviced at an independent workshop if the manufacturer's schedules are followed and equivalent parts are used. We document every intervention so that it is on record.
08 How long does it take and do I need an appointment?
A minor service is done the same day; a major one usually takes one or two days depending on the model. Book with the form or by phone with model, year and what you need, and we will confirm date and price.
09 Can I get a quote without bringing the car in?
For the operations in the table, yes: the price is the published one. For everything else we need to see the car, because a blind quote is a figure that is not kept afterwards.
10 Are the prices the same in Barcelona and Madrid?
Yes. Prices are the same at both centres and the work is done with the same protocol and the same parts.
