Specialist Porsche storage with workshop care
What happens to a Porsche that isn't driven?
A stationary car does not maintain itself. The tires constantly rest on the same spot, leading to deformation that becomes noticeable when driving resumes. The battery discharges, and once it drops below a certain level, it cannot be recovered. Brake fluid absorbs moisture regardless of whether the car is running, and brake discs rust on the contact surface when environmental conditions are right.
Added to this are issues not visible from the outside: gaskets and seals drying out, fuel aging in the tank, and—in a standard garage—rodents. Hardly any of these problems resolve themselves simply by starting the car again.
What the Storage service includes
The service is offered only at the Madrid centre (Leganés) and combines the space with monitoring of the car while it is kept there. The facilities are discreet and under 24-hour surveillance, and on that basis a care protocol is applied, with options tailored to each car.

What is agreed upon before entry
Porsche Storage addresses extended periods of non-use with more than just a parking space: status monitoring and access to specialized preventive maintenance.
- The planned duration.
- How often the owner wishes to use the car.
- Its recent history.
- Any outstanding mechanical or cosmetic needs.
What is not included
Inspections and preventive maintenance are part of the service. Any repairs identified during an inspection are assessed and authorized separately before work begins.
It’s the same rule as at the workshop: Storage does not turn a routine check-up into an unsolicited repair job.
When it’s not needed
If the car is driven every two or three weeks and kept in a dry garage with a stable temperature, you don’t need this service: you need a battery maintainer and to actually drive the car.
Storage makes sense when the car will be parked for months, when the available garage isn't ideal, or when you prefer having someone keep an eye on it and alert you before a minor issue turns into a costly repair bill.
How the car is returned
A Porsche that has been preserved under supervision and prepared to return to the road according to the protocol agreed upon with its owner.
