First we test the car as received and identify what needs thorough work or no longer functions. We then separate the engine and gearbox and move them to the engine room.

964 Turbo a legend
In the model years 1991-92, the 911 Turbo was powered by a 3,3 liter and 320 CV supercharged engine. In the model year 1993 it was equipped with a 3,6 liter engine with a power of 360 CV. Among other elements, this version was recognized by its red brake calipers.
The initial state
This project came to us through a client from the south of Spain who had been wanting to renew the mechanical condition of his excellent unit for some time.
The engine oil dripping onto the ground and the lack of finesse and power of the engine encouraged him to contact us and get to work.
Engine Rehabilitation
It is worth distinguishing two different concepts:
-Engine rebuild is when we carry out complete disassembly of all engine components, screw by screw and piece by piece for subsequent measurement, cleaning and weighing and assembly to obtain an engine with maximum compression and km 0.
-Major overhaul: here at Valentin Motors we call major overhaul the intervention process of engine and gearbox decoupling and complete systems review protocol but without disassembling the complete engine.
